Holy toys! Michael Connors, a Brooklyn attorney, has almost 10,000 figurines in his collection. Connors started his collection 22 years ago after his son received a military miniature for his birthday. The collection, now worth close to $300,000, is showcased in his law offices as well as his home. Read more here.

The UK has come out with a new Game of Thrones stamp set, which features ten characters, including Jon Snow, Arya Stark, Daenerys Targaryen, Lena Headey, Sophie Turner, and more! Magic: The Gathering has revealed a new set of cards called Dominaria to celebrate its 25th anniversary! What type of world will Dominaria be? According to Polygon, “The solution was to recast Magic’s original setting as a living, modern world filled with the people, places and things that represent its history. As Rosewater put it, Dominaria portrays a world in which the present is defined by the past. Scattered throughout the set fans will find familiar heroes and items, some of them coming to the forefront for the first time, but all of them with deep ties to the game’s quarter century of established lore.” Check out more here.

Check out The Jimmy Scott Collection of 1,067 vintage comic books collected by Jimmy Scott in the mid-1960s. Scott tragically passed away in 1966 in a motorcycle accident. His family recently sold the collection to The Toys Time Forgot in Canal Fulton, Ohio. The Collection includes a first appearance of Marvel’s Black Panther as well as an issue of the “Golden Age of Batman.” The rare books range from $8 to $3,000 per book. Check out this rare Colt Model 1847 “Walker,” which recently sold for $1.84 million during a Rock Island Auction Company (RIAC) sale! According to RIAC President Kevin Hogan, “This is a major milestone in the collecting community…Not only is this a world record for a single firearm at auction, but further demonstration that the art and history of firearms is really catching fire.” Check out more here.
